Our goal is to ensure that everyone at the festival is safe and enjoys a positive experience. To achieve this, we have four dedicated teams:

First Aid

If you experience any injuries or health issues, our First Aid team is here to help. You can find them in their dome at the reception area.

Safety Team

Our Safety team, identifiable by their T-shirts and wristbands, will be present on the dancefloors, in the camping area, and throughout the festival. They are there to support you and address any concerns or issues you might encounter. Don’t hesitate to reach out to them if something doesn’t feel right or if you need assistance.

Security Guards

We have a professional and friendly team of security guards on-site. They play a crucial role in maintaining safety and security at the festival. Please be respectful of their instructions and show them kindness and appreciation for their hard work.

We will have an infodesk running throughout the festival, located in the reception area. You can check there for information about your camping area, reservations, transportation, medical care, and lost and found items. The Infodesk is also available for any additional requests or questions you may have.

Community Respect

  • Maintain respect and kindness toward all festival-goers. Hate speech, racism, or any form of offensive behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Sexual harassment, transphobia, and homophobia are strictly prohibited.

  • Photography on the dancefloor or taking photos of individuals without their consent is not allowed. Professional photographers will be present.

If you encounter or witness any inappropriate behavior, please contact our crew or security immediately.

Respect for Nature

  • Please dispose of your waste properly and make use of the recycling bins available throughout the site.

  • Bring reusable water bottles and eco-friendly items to minimize environmental impact.

Dancefloor Etiquette

  • Always ask for consent and be mindful of personal space. If you accidentally bump into someone, offer a smile, apologize, and give them space.

  • Avoid loud conversations or using phones on the dancefloor. If you need to talk, move away from the dance area.

  • Support the performers and show your appreciation for their work.

Self-Care and Inclusiveness

  • Remember to stay hydrated and pace yourself throughout the event; it’s meant to be enjoyed over the long haul.

  • Be prepared for varying weather conditions.

  • Embrace and include everyone, celebrating the diversity of our festival community.

We have a strict policy against any form of discrimination. If you notice any behavior that violates our guidelines or makes you feel uncomfortable, please inform our staff or security team.

Non-compliance with these guidelines may result in removal from the event and a ban from future gatherings. Let’s work together to ensure a positive, inclusive, and memorable experience for all.

Weather in Armenia is notoriously unpredictable, so be prepared for a mix of conditions, including rain, sunshine, and mist. You may experience all four seasons in a single day.

If it rains during the festival, seek shelter in designated enclosed spaces such as buildings to stay dry until the rain passes. There’s no need to panic; it's simply a part of nature that we must respect.

For a comprehensive list of what to bring to stay comfortable in these conditions, please refer to our What to Bring section.
